I have no complaint yet. Food is great and on time, awesome costumer service, sometimes it gets packed but they deal with it as fast as they can. Pricing is average. I totally recommend this place for a family, couple or single persons.

Always a great breakfast! Just had prime rib and eggs special and it was one of the tastiest prime ribs I have ever had! Sitting at the bar and watching the orchestrated chaos of a no ticket ordering system is entertainment in itself while you enjoy your meal. There are many great local breakfast joints, but this one falls in the top 5 for sure!

No frills, no nonsense, just good cheap quick food. Good breakfast and good burgers. Surprisingly decent coffee. Nice waitresses. Flat top visible when you walk in. Very decent size cheeseburger costs 8 bucks. They also run specials.

This has been our Go-To place for many years. Customer service is THE BEST!!! The food is awesome and always the way you want it cooked. Prices are reasonable. We will always go back there as long as they are open.

I am newer to the area and have passed by this restaurant a few times going to work. I stopped by today for the first time for a quick bite and I’m glad I did. Due to COVID-19 it is drive-through only but the service was fast, clean, and extremely friendly.The sausage egg and cheese sandwich was on point! It also came with a side of home fries that were delicious as well. It’s sad to see yet another Dunkin going up across the street when there is a family owned restaurant delivering quality food at an affordable price. I truly hope this family’s business is not disrupted by a poor quality fast food chain.If your looking for a good homemade breakfast right off the grill then Phoenix is the spot! Don’t go to Dunkin where they microwave their eggs and bacon.

Gross food. Overpriced. Food tasted like it had cleaning chemicals from the grill. Complained but nothing was done to compensate us for the food being gross and one person in our party didn't even eat 10% of the food from there plate.

Delicious food, breakfast served all day. Super quick and thorough service. Only open until 2pm but it's a great restaurant.

This place is a hidden gem! It was half the price of iHop and the food was much better.

The food is good but just a little greasy if you don't like greasy food than this is not the place for you but if you don't mind a little grease than it is great

I went alone and sat at the bar. What a great show. That team runs tight as a drum! The two 'chefs' were popping out those orders and the girls were all hustling orders in and out. Everyone at the top of their game. Oh, and my food was excellent!

Excellent place to have a nice big breakfast. More than enough food on the plate. Service staff are very attentive and courteous. Restaurant is nice and clean. Prices are good. Family friendly also. Love this place. 5 Stars. Wally Norcross.

Good food. Affordable. Bathroom decent and clean. Have their own parking lot. Could be crowded on a nice day. Serves breakfast and lunch. Nice high booth seats for privacy and also high stool chairs. Overall great place for a get together with friends and family!

Not impressed with the breakfast. Below average quality and portions. Coffee they serve is bitter/nasty. Way overpriced and they even had the nerve to sit us at a table small enough for little people. Better off at the I-HOP down the road.

Average food, pricey, bad service

Loved the food and service but didn't like the convo that the servers had at their station. There was an issue with one server helping another. So a server was telling her not to do so and made a huge issue over it. I am guessing the girl said something because she then said loud she told you. I feel a matter like that should have been taken care of in the back. Not for customers to hear.

A go-to place for my wife and me. Good selection, cooked well, a fair price and good service. Throw in a decent my view and you can see why I can easily recommend this place. For a treat, sit at the counter. It's actually a treat to see these magic chefs and waitresses make it happen. (Good job you guys!)

Waited over a half hour for a grilled cheese, french toast and scrambled eggs. Grilled cheese was soaked in butter and I tried to soak it up with a napkin because I was starving.French toast had green specks/mold? and the eggs never came.Just wanted to get out of there and told the waitress to give us the check because we didnt have time to wait for food anymore that would probably also be inedible. Got charged for the food that never came.Surprised this place has 4.5 stars because it smelled like burnt grease and was so outdated but I guess I'm the minorityWaitress was friendly

So good!! Coffee was bad though!!! Perfect as long as you don't drink the coffee.

Good food good service

I walked in and it was crowded, we checked in and stood by the counter. I have three kids with me waiting, so Sandy was extremely rude. She told me kids “move out of the way” in the walkway which she could have easily said excuse me, I have hot plates, it’s not safe etc. I’m not sure if she was in a bad mood but I took my daughters iPad away from her and this morning woman comes over with her bad attitude to her coworkers we shouldn’t be there but WHY not ask us to please move down there ???? I’m unsure but I left and I’m disappointed...#Hangry & Displeased

A breakfast and lunch joint with no surprises. You're in and out, food is good, service is efficient. They could use better penmanship on their special day menu.
